Streamline Incident Data

Let Our Team of Experts Help You Centralize Injury & Illness Records

At MSDSonline, we understand the importance of protecting your most valuable assets – your employees. Our goal is to help businesses of all sizes improve workplace safety and simplify compliance.

Our Incident Management Account is designed to help you centralize the recording, tracking and reporting of workplace injuries, illnesses, exposures and other incidents. Analysis of your data is a widely recognized method for discovering workplace safety and health problems, and for tracking progress in solving those problems.

But an electronic recordkeeping system is only effective if it is being used. That’s where we come in. We offer services to help you get your system up and running so you can start utilizing the information to better understand the potential hazards and root causes within your workplace.

Employee Database Build

Entering case information is both faster and easier when you have up-to-date employee information to associate with your incident data. Our services team can build your employee database. Send us your employee demographic information (contact information, employee ID, location, etc.) in a spreadsheet and we’ll map and import the information into our system.

Data Conversion

Making a switch from a legacy recordkeeping system? Not a problem. If your incident case data already exists, we can convert and import the information into our system, so you won’t lose any of the work you’ve already completed.

We offer training services to help acquaint you to our Incident Management Account. As part of our implementation process, we’ll schedule a detailed online walk through for how to building cases, document incidents, run reports and utilize our powerful analytics tools. Or if you need a refresher course, we can set that up as well.

Managing regulatory compliance can be a time-consuming administrative headache. We offer a wide range of services to help you simplify compliance. Let our team of experts do the hard work for you.
