Send us your employee demographic information (contact information, employee ID, location, etc.) in a spreadsheet and we’ll map and import the information into our system.

Data Conversion

Making a switch from a legacy recordkeeping system? Not a problem. If your incident case data already exists, we can convert and import the information into our system, so you won’t lose any of the work you’ve already completed.

Training

We offer training services to help acquaint you to our Incident Management Account. As part of our implementation process, we’ll schedule a detailed online walk through for how to building cases, document incidents, run reports and utilize our powerful analytics tools. Or if you need a refresher course, we can set that up as well.
