Fall 2020 Unified Agenda Gives Insight into OSHA Priorities

In November, the US Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs released its Fall 2020 Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, which details the actions administrative agencies plan to puruse in the near and long term. This year’s Unified Agenda is significant for being the last released under the Trump administration.
