Managing your MSDSs electronically is one of the easiest ways to eliminate time-consuming administrative costs from your workplace safety and hazard communication programs. We understand that transferring all your paper safety data sheets into an electronic system can sound daunting. That’s where we come in. MSDS Scanning & Indexing
Simply send us your paper safety data sheets and we’ll professionally scan and convert them to PDF-format and index them by Product Name, Manufacturer, Primary CAS number, MSDS Date, Synonyms and Product Code. Once completed, we’ll post all your indexed MSDSs to your secure eBinder* on our system.
If your MSDSs are already in an electronic format, but not indexed, we can handle those as well. We’ll index and post them to your secure eBinder* on our system.
eBinder Valet
Send us your inventory list and we'll build your library for you. We’ll contact manufacturers on your behalf to obtain the most recent version. We then index and add these documents to your library. For any MSDSs that we cannot receive from a manufacturer, we’ll search our database containing millions of indexed manufacturer-original MSDSs for a match. Once completed, your safety data sheets will be posted to your secure eBinder* on our system, giving you around-the-clock electronic access.
Data Conversion
Making a switch from a legacy electronic system? Not a problem. If your electronic MSDS data already exists, we can import and convert the information into our system, so you won’t lose any of the work you’ve already completed.
