Multi-Site Management Features

Central to the HQ Account is our exclusive, password-protected, eBinder technology, which enables the primary account administrator to have complete management control over one or multiple, site-specific MSDS inventories. Permission controls enable the primary account holder to set up individual site administrators. The primary administrator receives a dashboard view into all the MSDSs and account activity from each site.

Each site administrator has full access to our robust set of MSDS management features, allowing them to organize a site by product groups, storage locations, chemical inventory, regulatory categories, etc. You can easily assign synonyms, hazard information, ingredients, physical property and Tier II data, or create custom keywords to quickly sort your inventory, find MSDSs or generate regulatory reports. What’s more, there’s a chemical approval manager enabling you to quickly control the status of the chemicals used in your inventory.

Through an easy-to-use search interface, the HQ Account enables your employees to have read-only access to your eBinder. Permissions can be set up to allow full access or site-specific access. And, because it’s online, via the Internet or your internal Intranet, it’s available 24/7/365.

The HQ Account interface is customizable allowing you to change colors and add images to match your company’s branded “look & feel.” You can toggle on-or-off certain features depending on your internal policies and business requirements. Employees can choose from a variety of language options as well.

The HQ Account also enables you to download your eBinder to CD, DVD or any other portable storage media device, providing Right-to-Know access in remote locations where Internet access is limited or unavailable.
